At Blissfitt , your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, our return and exchange policy is designed to protect both our customers and maintain hygiene standards.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be Unworn and unused .Unwashed and unaltered .With all original tags and packaging intact

For hygiene and safety reasons, undergarments, lingerie, panties, shapewear bottoms, and intimate apparel are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item shipped.
  • Manufacturing defect.
  • Damage during transit.
  • Incorrect size labeling (as per order).

Time Frame

  • All return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • After 7 days, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at blissfittindia@gmail.com

Process for Requesting Returns/Exchanges

  1. Email us at blissfittindia@gmail.com with your order ID, description of the issue, and photographs (if applicable).
  2. Our support team will review your request within 48 hours.
  3. If approved, instructions will be shared for shipping the item back (if required)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refund

No cash or bank refunds will be issued.
